We accept $50,000.00 minimum investment. We cap your investment opportunity at the total amount of the private equity raise which is available upon request. Due to federal securities laws, only accredited investors can invest in offerings. Some Investors may still need to complete the Investor Suitability Form to be qualified and accepted as an accredited or sophisticated investor before any information can be shared on a specific investment
Any person or entity with a U.S. tax identification number (social security number or Employer Identification Number), and who meets the SEC’s definition of “accredited investor” is eligible to participate in Surgent Capital’s investments. While most investors are U.S. citizens, some can be legal residents of the United States or foreign nationals who own or partially own an investing entity incorporated in the United States.
Typically, the hold is five (5) years but each investment varies so please read the term sheet associated with your investment. Sometimes, we are able to release your initial investment earlier depending on the market.
